Psychological Services
The many and diverse challenges and transitions of ageing can be overwhelming and result in the experience of depression, anxiety, trauma and/or other mental health difficulties.
Trish uses evidence based therapeutic approaches to help clients understand their presenting and underlying difficulties and develop coping strategies to ease symptoms and live a healthier life.
Therapy can occur individually, or for families, depending on the circumstances and preferences of clients. Group programs are also available periodically within a clinic, community or residential aged care setting.
